Brian, John, and their crew at Property Works have done terrific work on our new home and landscaping. The yard looks perfect, like it has been established for years. Their hydro-seeding and the irrigation system really got the yard up and running quickly. Their Hardscape work has also been outstanding; we love the paver front walk and the patio in the back of the property. 

We were so pleased with the beds established last fall in the front of the house that we asked the guys back this summer to put in a large bedding and planting area behind the house. They brought in several large boulders and did a great job planting several trees and a large number of perennials. We highly recommend Property Works for the quality of their work and for being great people to work with!

My wife, Gail, and I were looking for a professional landscaper for our home just outside of Wisconsin Dells. We were referred to Property Works by a friend who had experience with them installing a watering system for his lawn. He was very impressed with the quality and service he received and recommended we contact Property Works to discuss our project. This turned out to be a great recommendation as we could not have been happier with the results!

The most valuable aspects in doing business with Property Works was their creativity and flexibility. We did not have a clear vision or design plan but rather relied on Property Works and their experience to guide us to what would eventually be our beautiful yard. Adding colorful boulders, planting mounds with character and countour, impressive installation of pavers for sidewalks and walkways, and assisting in the design plans for our outdoor kitchen are examples of the skills they possess.

Prior to aggreeing to work with Property Works, we had done some homework. We did have other ideas and pricing proposals but once we met with their team we quickly decided they were the contractor for us. There is more to do!!! Our project was finished on time and on budget for 2015 and we have additional plans for the years to come. Property Works will definitely be our partner in these future projects.

We have been very impressed with Property Works! We started using them for lawn mowing in 2013. In 2014 we started having them do our snow removal. In 2015 we decided to add fertilizing to their list. Also, in 2015 we had several landscaping projects we wanted done, and again it was Property Works to the rescue. 

Among the projects were a pond with a waterfall. They told us they had never done this but it turned out beautiful. Also, we wanted to change out our wood burning fire pit and put in a gas burning one. Again, they said they had never done this but looked forward to completing it. Beautiful again. 

Finally we had extensive landscaping done around our entire cabin. They pulled out existing trees and bushes, put in new edging, put in new plantings, added new stone, and laid new sod where necessary. I can't say enough houw pleased we have been with Property Works. We would recommend them for all landscape projects.

We are very pleased with the backyard renovation project Property Works completed this spring at our lake front property. The finished project was more beautiful than we could have imagined. We found Property Works to be very hard working, dependable, and taking great pride in the finished product. They treat each and every project like it's their own.

After the long process of building a new house this past year, we were on a tight budget for a much needed retaining wall. Property Works was quick to give us an affordable quote and worked with us by being flexible and creative to stay within our budget. 

They did such an amazing job with our hardscaping and they were still able to add some creative touches along the way! We are so thankful and blessed for the extremely hard work they did on our house and yard and we would recommend them to anyone. Oh...the retaining wall is GORGEOUS, too!
