How It Started
Property Works, LLC is a fully insured and full-service landscaping company formed in 2011 by longtime friends John Easterly and Brian Stanley. With over 50 combined years of experience in the landscaping business, Easterly and Stanley decided to bring their vast backgrounds together and commit to operating a flexible company based on hard work, honesty, and integrity. At Property Works, you can be assured that we will roll up our sleeves and get to work for you, while always paying special attention to the smallest of details.

To provide a wide variety of landscaping services of superior quality and great value using good, solid work ethics and professionalism. We will do everything in our power to build positive, lasting relationships with our customers.

Home and Garden Center
We recently opened at a new location that includes a beautiful Home and Garden Center! Complete with a greenhouse (including fruit trees!), hunting & fishing supplies, a wide range of pet and livestock feed, grills, home decor, lawn decor, and MORE! Wander to our Store Page to see more.
